About Yoga

Akhanda Yoga emphasizes that we are already whole on our own and do not need anything or any one else to be complete and that our true nature is to be free, joyful, playful and fearless. Yoga can consist of many different practices such as postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness, chanting, studying of sacred texts and the Self, and meditation. 

My style of Yoga is about humour, joy, devotion, surrender, and love.
