Vinyasa Flow synchronizes the movements of connected yoga poses with breath to create a flow. Vinyasa flow is meant to challenge you in your new or existing practice with a focus on building strength and concentration as you flow through powerful, mindful sequences.  Come ready and willing to have some fun.  All levels welcome.

Power Yoga can be a more vigorous version of the vinyasa style practice.  This empowering yet fitness-based approach was closely modeled after the Ashtanga style of yoga.  Like vinyasa, expect to build strength and concentration while reducing stress through the connection of breath to each pose.  While all levels are welcome, expect a spicy practice.  You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish.
